Problem that you encounter:
1. The warranty goods should be sent to our office or designated service center accordingly.
2. Please courier to our office in case we do not have any service center near your area.
3. Courier fees for warranty claim/return/repair shall be covered by the customer.
4. We will cover the delivery cost of replacement or repaired goods.
5. Printed receipt will be required as proof of purchase.
6. Warranty claims which do not fulfill the steps above will not be processed due to missing information.
